Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks a Senior Manager, Complaint Handling Unit at Salvacar Site, Ciudad Juarez. Under minimal direction, you will oversee the Failure Analysis Lab and the Complaint Handling team, ensuring investigations and records align with company procedures and worldwide regulations.

You will drive data accuracy, monitor for system issues, and communicate resolutions globally. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (oral and written) preferred.
• Strong effective communication skills.
• International experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry into the global complaint handling system.
• Actively monitor for failures to prevent late regulatory reporting and delays.
• Communicate issues to system administrator and share resolutions globally.
• Demonstrate experience working with multi‑regional project teams.
• Display strong oral and written communication skills.
• Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reports.
• Lead monthly meetings to review metrics and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
