Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an EHS Manager for the Salvarcar Site in Ciudad Juarez. You will lead the Environmental Health & Safety function, coordinate risk-based programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the plant.

You will drive safety training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with operations and senior leadership to sustain a safe working environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Medical Device industry preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and database applications.
• Knowledge of Mexican health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental health and safety regulations.
• Coach and mentor EHS staff and management.
• Lead corrective actions for safety hazards and incidents.
• Develop training programs for safety and environmental topics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for safety initiatives and risk reduction.
• Advise upper management on regulatory impacts to business objectives.
• Organize and manage safety programs and audits at the plant level.
