Johnson Controls in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, seeks a Legal Contracts Manager to support review, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements in English. You will collaborate with US-based lawyers to serve internal clients across the United States and Canada.

The role requires a law degree with 3+ years of multinational commercial transactions experience, fluent English, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Law degree and minimum 3 years of commercial transactions experience.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations in English-language contracts.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support the review, drafting and negotiation of agreements (sales, distribution, service, procurement, construction).
• Provide support to the law department and business units managing external sales partners and channel networks.
• Manage the contract review workflow tool.
• Perform research and analysis for decision-making; present synopsis.
