Johnson Controls is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to work with the U.S. based legal team and support internal clients in the United States and Canada.

The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of contracts across sales, distribution, service, procurement, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and at least 3 years of multinational commercial transactions experience, fluent English, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Law degree plus 3+ years in commercial transactions for multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adept with data management and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist review, drafting and negotiation of sales, distribution, service, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Support the law department and business units in managing external sales partners.
• Manage the contract review workflow tool.
• Perform research and analysis for decision-making and present synopsis.
• Develop a deep understanding of the businesses supported.
