Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Legal Contracts Manager to collaborate with the U.S. and Canada commercial transactions legal team on delivering legal services to internal clients.

The role will review, draft and negotiate agreements across sales, distribution, service, procurement and construction, while supporting contract management, and developing a deep understanding of the businesses supported.

Formación

• Law degree and minimum 3 years of commercial transactions experience in multinational environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a client-service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with databases.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate sales, distribution, service, procurement, and construction contracts per company policy.
• Support legal and business units managing indirect channel sales networks (transactional support; contract management; engagement of external partners).
• Manage the contract review workflow tool.
• Perform research and analysis for decision-making and present synopsis.
