Johnson Controls in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a CCB Leader to oversee contract engineering projects from design to completion, acting as primary customer contact and ensuring seamless execution. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with production and development departments.

A strong engineering background with leadership and project-management skills is required.

Formación

• Ability to plan and balance workloads to meet client and production needs.
• Proficiency in maintaining project profitability.
• Strong written communication for manuals and quality procedures.
• Proven leadership in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on experience in electronics design and testing.
• Familiarity with audio electronics equipment.
• Project management experience.
• Minimum HNC level qualification in Electronics Engineering.
