Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage a high-volume portfolio of international customer accounts and collect outstanding balances. You will resolve payment issues, communicate in English, and prepare cash collection forecasts while meeting performance targets.

The ideal candidate has experience with international collections, basic accounting knowledge, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills to track commitments and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting from international accounts.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable concepts.
• Experience preparing cash collection forecasts and tracking commitments.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and spoken English for payment conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of international customers and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally in English to resolve delays and negotiate payment commitments.
• Review statements, reconcile balances, and investigate discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and update cash collection forecasts based on commitments and history.
• Meet KPIs for collections, past-due reduction, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and account status.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, Sales and other teams to resolve payment issues.
• Identify at-risk accounts and unresolved disputes.
