Epicor Software Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to support the implementation, administration, automation, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and on-premises environments.

You will help ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and security of enterprise network services powering production SaaS environments, collaborating with cloud, security, and vendor teams

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud networking environments
• Experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, VPN technologies, and network security solutions
• Experience with network automation using IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and core network services
• Develop and enhance network automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and Git
• Participate in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives
• Monitor network health and performance, propose improvements for capacity and resilience
• Provide Tier 2 operational support and incident response for network infrastructure
• Maintain accurate network documentation and configurations across global environments
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to design reliable networking solutions
