Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership for regional and global trials. You will drive recruitment, site performance and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and client expectations are met.

You will partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones, manage risks, and guide clinical teams through planning and delivery. This role offers impact on patients and trial excellence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical research, monitoring, or operations in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading clinical study delivery, including recruitment and site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regional and global clinical studies ensuring quality, timelines, recruitment and operations.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to hit enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to reach milestones and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, support resource planning and training.
• Manage clinical risks, oversee quality standards, and mitigate issues across study lifecycle.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; communicate and align across study teams.
• Support financial oversight including forecasting and budget considerations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing; participate in new opportunities.
