IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services and healthcare insights. This role leads end-to-end data management delivery for complex studies, ensuring quality results on time and within budget.

You will guide DM strategy, mentor the team, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and outcomes. The position requires extensive CDM experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership across global trials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle.
• Strong data management skills and advanced knowledge of DM processes.
• Experience in handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead Data Operations team on milestones and quality.
• Manage project finances, SOWs, and change orders.
• Negotiate timelines, resources with customers.
• Mentor junior DTL staff.
