Pearl is seeking a Client Operations Manager to own end-to-end case coordination and act as the operational backbone linking law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts. The role is fully remote with 100% overlap to ET hours, serving a founder-led, tech-enabled services business.

The role requires managing a high-volume queue across channels, invoicing, scheduling, and workflow development. You will implement trackers and processes to streamline operations and support growth.

Formación

• Owns a high-volume queue of cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services environment.
• Manages high concurrent volume across email, phone, and client portal.
• Owns money-adjacent workflows (invoicing, billing, or claims) with zero-defect accuracy.
• Builds or repairs a tracker, SOP, checklist, or workflow from scratch.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook and at least one CRM/case-management system.
• C1+ English (CEFR) for direct communication with US attorneys and medical professionals.
• Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Owns a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases across email, phone, and portal.
• Manages invoicing, scheduling, and coordination with law firms, insurers, and medical experts.
• Builds, updates, and maintains trackers and workflows to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Ensures data consistency and timely reporting across platforms.
• Partners with founders to reduce chasing confirmations and invoices, enabling growth focus.
