Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury medical case management or medical provider operations is preferred.
• Understanding of personal injury claims, insurance coverage, liability, and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 70+ active personal injury patients.
• Communicate regularly with law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and legal case managers.
• Obtain and verify insurance policy limits, liability information, and case details.
• Gather and review HIPAA authorizations and other required documentation.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and case information are complete before patients receive treatment.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and case notes.
• Track pending information and proactively follow up with law firms to prevent delays.
• Identify and resolve documentation or communication issues efficiently.
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the company grows.
