Job summary

EDAG Engineering GmbH in Puebla seeks a seasoned Program Manager CAD Development to lead automotive development programs from RFQ to SOP. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and report progress to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires managing multi-site programs, ensuring CAD compliance and process adherence, and acting as the primary technical contact for OEMs and Tier1s. Strong leadership and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in automotive development
• 5+ years leading programs/teams
• Experience with interior/exterior trim, BIW, closures
• Advanced knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, DVP&R, DFA, DFM, PPAP, GD&T
• Experience managing global, customer-facing projects
• English level B2
• German A2 desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage complete product development programs from RFQ through SOP
• Lead cross-functional engineering reviews and issue resolution
• Ensure CAD standards and internal processes are followed
• Act as primary technical contact for OEMs and Tier1s
• Lead design reviews and status reports with customer teams
• Mentor CAD leaders and drive continuous improvement
