Alegro Industries Inc. in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, seeks a performance-driven B2B outbound sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing.

You will own the pipeline, negotiate with international clients, and build your own portfolio while earning uncapped USD commissions on top of a base MXN salary. English fluency and 3+ years in high-volume outbound sales are required.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory.
• 3+ years of verifiable experience in high-volume B2B outbound telesales or cold calling.
• University degree completed or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Pipeline Ownership: manage outbound prospecting and qualify high-value B2B international accounts.
• Full cycle: own the deal from first cold outreach to final contract.
• Portfolio equity: build, nurture and retain your B2B client portfolio via follow-ups.
• Meet daily outbound activity benchmarks and achieve monthly revenue targets via CRM.
• High-level communication with international clients by phone daily.
