Autoliv seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and program management. You will drive accountability, manage budgets, and coordinate with Autoliv facilities in Mexico and global teams to ensure flawless program launches.

English and Japanese proficiency is required for interfacing with Asian customers and teams; knowledge of customer portals and Microsoft Project is a plus.

Formación

• Requires engineering background with strong project leadership.
• Experience in automotive launch and cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, program management, and suppliers.
• Drive accountability to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Coordinate with Autoliv facilities in Mexico and global teams; communicate with customers.
• Conduct project meetings to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Manage budgets, ECAN, and EBIT uplift activities while meeting schedules.
