Job summary

Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to direct all phases of program development and product changes, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and suppliers. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and launch readiness to meet customer and internal milestones, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred; automotive experience and fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Engineering/Business; PMP preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and automotive product launches.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to production launch.
• Fluent English; Japanese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional global project teams to develop products per Autoliv processes and objectives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and launch readiness to milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, PM, and suppliers for program execution.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders; provide updates and support.
• Support new business through quotations, reviews, and development planning.
