Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Project Leader for Manufacturing Engineering & Development to drive the manufacturing scope of complex automotive projects. You will define SOWs, manage budgets, and align cross-functional teams across manufacturing, packaging, paint, and supply chain.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering (Master’s preferred), strong project management experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
Experience in manufacturing development and/or manufacturing activities in automotive.
Project management experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering scope across the project lifecycle.
Define and manage SOW, planning, budget and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, paint, product engineering).
Develop and implement manufacturing and industrialization strategies for launches.
