OPmobility is seeking a BU Engineering & Development Project Leader - Manufacturing to drive the manufacturing engineering scope across the project lifecycle. You will define the SOW, plan, budget and deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Paint Process and Product Engineering to ensure alignment with objectives and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering; Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing development and/or automotive manufacturing
• Strong project management experience in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of assembly, paint, packaging and supply chain processes
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced English

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering scope throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives, quality standards and profitability targets
• Define and manage the manufacturing SOW, project planning, budget and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Paint Process and Product Engineering
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing and industrialization strategies for new product launches
• Ensure DFM requirements are integrated into product development activities
• Manage manufacturing project reviews, action plans and reporting
• Monitor manufacturing performance metrics such as labor efficiency, cycle time and costs
• Support launch readiness activities to meet customer and production requirements
• Drive Lean initiatives and OPmobility standards
• Capture and share lessons learned to enhance manufacturing excellence
