MSCI Inc. in Mexico City/Monterrey seeks an experienced Analytics Client Service Specialist to join our Client Coverage team. You will respond to advanced inquiries on MSCI products, provide quantitative insights, and manage end-to-end cases with adherence to SLAs.

The role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to translate AI-powered capabilities into tangible client outcomes while collaborating with account managers and cross-functional groups.

Formación

• 5-7 years’ experience in Financial Services.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology with emphasis on complex L2 questions.
• Develop client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients.
• Analyze market performance and data for clients on a reactive and proactive basis.
• Maintain relationships by sharing relevant product and model information with clients.
• Provide client feedback to Coverage, Product Management, Research and Data groups.
• Own end-to-end case management from intake to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and knowledge transfer.
