MSCI Inc. is seeking an experienced Risk Management Associate to join our Client Service organization in Monterrey or Mexico City. You will support clients with MSCI’s methodologies, data, and analytics, acting as a trusted partner to maximize product value.

You’ll respond to complex questions, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with product and research teams to drive improvements. Travel for on-site trainings may be required, with a global, fast-paced client-focused culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or risk management preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with timely, accurate responses about MSCI's products and data solutions.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Analyze financial markets and client data to deliver insights on market movements and product trends.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience with updates, methodology enhancements, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate feedback and drive product improvements.
