MSCI seeks a Risk Analytics Associate in Monterrey to support global financial institutions with risk analytics solutions and expert client service. You will resolve inquiries, translate complex data into actionable guidance, and help clients understand portfolio and market risks.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, English communication, and cross-functional teamwork within a highly international environment.

Formación

• Quantitative degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in financial services, risk analytics or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of portfolio and risk management concepts (VaR, CAPM).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted partner to global clients by providing expert support on MSCI Risk Analytics solutions, methodologies, and applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex client inquiries, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze portfolio, market, and risk data to help clients understand market movements and outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
• Partner with Account Managers, Consultants, Research, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Share client feedback and market insights to shape future product improvements and service.
• Act as the primary contact for client requests, data inquiries, and product guidance.
• Stay informed on global markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide timely insights.
