MSCI Mexico is seeking a results-driven professional to manage client data loading, reconciliation, and risk reporting for MSCI risk management software, while contributing to AI-driven automation initiatives. You will collaborate with a global team, develop automated workflows using Excel, VBA, Python, and AI tools, and create custom reports to improve service delivery across clients.

This role requires strong English communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across time zones

Formación

• Knowledge of global financial markets and investment risk management.
• Foundational skills in Python, VBA or SQL for data automation.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation abilities.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-starter with proactive mindset towards AI/automation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client portfolios data upload into BarraOne and RiskManager.
• Generate reconciliation and QA reports after upload and perform data checks.
• Support Managed Services day-to-day tasks to ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify manual workflows and propose AI-assisted automation solutions.
• Develop automated client workflows using scripting (Python/VBA/SQL).
• Use AI tools to assist data analysis and reporting for clients.
• Set meetings with clients and internal teams to drive production enhancements.
• Create and update internal reports applying best practices.
• Gain deep knowledge of Risk Financial Management and Performance Analytics.
• Understand MSCI products and data requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and improve service via technology.
• Work across global time zones; occasional shift timing.
