Job summary

Maxima Apparel Corp. seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to own the end-to-end digital experience across brand sites from homepage to checkout.

You will drive performance, merchandising, and conversion through close collaboration with UX, development, marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams. Leading a team of direct reports, you will guide AI-assisted workflows, manage site updates, and optimize the customer journey across regional sites with a data-driven approach and a relentless

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce management or digital UX.
• Experience mentoring direct reports.
• Strong analytics and mobile-first UX.
• Experience with Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
• Familiar with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end eCommerce site experience across brand sites.
• Lead merchandising, content, and campaigns across key surfaces.
• Coordinate website updates and weekly design/development sprints.
• Drive CRO via analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.
• Define AI-driven workflows and manage AI agents for automation.
• Report cross-functional performance and align with revenue goals.
• Ensure consistency across regional sites with localization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance team.
