Job summary

Himalaya Wellness USA is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Coordinator to run day-to-day ecommerce activities across Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, and LATAM marketplaces. You will manage listings, inventory, shipments, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance and accuracy using AI tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in ecommerce ops, strong Excel skills, and experience with AI platforms.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication; follows SOPs and processes.
Willingness to learn new ecommerce platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

Run daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, and LATAM marketplaces.
Manage support cases, buyer messages, and order exceptions.
Monitor pricing, MAP violations, and unauthorized sellers (no price changes).
Prepare FBA/INBOUND shipments and provide labels to 3PLs.
Update listings and upload images, videos, and A+ content.
Coordinate with Regulatory and Quality for compliance documentation.
Generate AI-assisted reports and verify data against source data.
Maintain product master sheets and GS1 barcode assignments.
