You will own projects from briefing to final delivery and collaborate with clients and internal teams to champion AI-powered creative workflows.

Responsibilities include creating scalable assets across channels, ensuring brand guidelines, mentoring teammates, and tracking KPIs to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related creative disciplines.
• Proven experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, and marketing content.
• Advanced English communication skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high-quality visual content across digital, social, and marketing channels using Generative AI and design tools.
• Develop scalable creative solutions that increase production efficiency while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Manage projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Partner directly with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and communicate project progress.
• Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and AI governance policies.
• Lead prompt development, AI asset generation, refinement, and final production-ready artwork delivery.
• Support and mentor team members in AI-powered creative workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across markets and channels.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
