WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist for remote work based in Mexico. You will lead client-facing AI image and video generation, crafting prompts, training models, and refining internal tools to deliver high-fidelity visuals that meet brand standards.

You will collaborate with post-production, creative and strategy teams, drive workflow improvements, and share knowledge through documentation and walkthroughs. This role emphasizes quality, brand alignment, and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows; able to train models for branded imagery.
• Strong design sense and ability to align outputs with brand styles.

Responsibilities

• Advanced AI Model Utilization: work with AI image/video models and finish assets to delivery quality.
• Creative Integration: collaborate with designers to embed AI assets into final deliverables.
• Workflow Innovation: develop prompt architectures, batch workflows, and reusable presets.
• Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: ensure outputs meet brand and client expectations.
• Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: document workflows and coach teams on best practices.
