LHH Recruitment Solutions in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Senior R2R Accountant to strengthen our multinational Shared Service Center team. You will own fixed assets, GL, and month-end close, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls.

Candidates should have 5+ years in R2R, experience with CAPEX, WIP, and ERP tools like OneStream, BlackLine or JD Edwards, and fluent English; relocation is possible.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), GL, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
• Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE) and advanced Excel.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals.
• Perform month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects, ensuring accurate accounting and controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits.
• Ensure SOX, IFRS, and/or US GAAP compliance.
• Maintain accurate MDM updates.
• Drive process improvements across R2R activities.

Senior R2R Accountant | Shared Service Center

Querétaro, Mexico (open to candidates willing to relocate)

We are looking for a Senior R2R Accountant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Month-End Close, and CAPEX accounting within a multinational Shared Service Center environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate asset accounting, balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects, ensuring accurate accounting and financial controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate and timely MDM updates.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across R2R activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, reconciliations, WIP, and financial controls.
• Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE), and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English required.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment.

Preferred

• Automotive manufacturing industry experience.
• Exposure to global or regional accounting operations.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
