Job summary

Insight Global in Mexico City is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join a team building AI-powered experiences for lending customers. You will contribute to a new concierge platform that guides users through loan processes, combining frontend and backend development with conversational AI interfaces.

The role emphasizes full-stack work with React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend, leveraging GCP AI tools to integrate native LLMs and design scalable, data-driven guidance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of building and developing Gen AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience building AI-powered frontend and backend platforms/applications.
• Experience developing chatbots, conversational AI agents, or solutions.
• ~4 years of software engineering experience.
• 3-4 years of experience with React.
• 3-4 years of experience with Java / Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with GCP or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new AI concierge platform to help users navigate lending processes and understand next steps in their customer journey.
• Build full-stack applications with React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend.
• Integrate Google's AI capabilities and manage cloud-native services.
• Design and implement AI agents and RAG solutions using internal data pipelines.
