Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Mid AI Engineer to join our team in México (remote). You will contribute to developing AI-powered web applications and scalable AI platforms using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG techniques.

This role emphasizes translating business problems into practical AI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work with cloud services, DevOps practices, and AI tooling such as Claude and ChatGPT to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computing or equivalent field.
2+ years of software development experience.
Strong interest in Generative AI and AI-powered apps.
Experience applying LLMs and RAG in real projects.
Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in development and deployment of AI solutions aligned with business goals.
Build and scale enterprise AI platform infrastructure and best practices.
Integrate AI platforms with internal systems for diverse use cases.
Create AI prototypes and demos to showcase capabilities.
Provide technical consulting, mentoring, and cross-functional support.
