Genpact in Mexico is seeking a skilled developer to build the application overlay layer enabling asset configuration, signal mapping and template deployment without infrastructure access. You will work across frontend and backend with a modern UI stack (TypeScript/React, Node.js, Python or Java), designs, and a reusable design system.

The role emphasizes UX, automated tests, policy-as-code and collaboration with security and edge teams to ensure scalable, safe deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building backend and frontend apps (TypeScript/React with Node.js, Python or Java).
• Experience designing configuration engines and template systems driven by JSON Schema.
• Strong API skills (REST, OpenAPI) and contract‑first services.
• Familiar with CI/CD and GitOps; comfortable with infra-less deployment.
• Good UX sense for data-heavy internal tools; experienced with UI/API testing.
• Proficient in modern UI frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and UX design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Build the application overlays and configure the UI for asset configuration and template deployment.
• Apply UX design practices: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, design system, usability testing.
• Develop the UI using modern frameworks with accessibility and performance standards.
• Link templates to deployment pipelines to automate deployments.
• Develop configuration-driven platform capabilities on the overlay layer.
• Design and implement configuration models, a template engine and deployment orchestration.
• Enable template-to-deployment workflows turning patterns into running tenant systems.
• Build user-facing configs to map signals, deploy templates, with guided workflows and validation messages.
• Generate forms/validation from canonical schemas; enforce no custom schema.
• Provide role- and tenant-scoped access, change history and audit trails.
