• Define, design, build and implement the regional GBS hub in Mexico City.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global Process Owners and Functional Service Leaders to improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPIs and performance targets.
• Represent the hub with key stakeholders including local authorities.
