Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Global Business Services Site Leader to oversee hub operations, represent the organization with diverse stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service delivery across regions.

The role focuses on driving process improvements, expanding services through collaboration with regional and global teams, and developing leadership capabilities to support growth and transformation of the GBS organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience leading large-scale Shared Services, GBS, Business Operations, or Enterprise Support organizations in multinational environments.
• Proven track record of driving business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change at scale.
• Experience leading large, multi-layered, geographically dispersed teams and building high-performing organizations.
• Strong background supporting Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, or other global business support functions.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills, including budgeting, performance management, and value creation.
• Experience leveraging digital solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior business leader, representing the organization with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and execute the strategic vision, objectives, and operating priorities for a large shared services and business operations organization.
• Ensure effective organizational design, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support current and future business needs.
• Drive operational excellence through service delivery, process optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering talent growth, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance service effectiveness.
• Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to identify root causes, implement solutions, and support informed decision-making.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to align priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, governance requirements, and operational standards.
