TransPerfect is seeking a Player Support Agent to join a global gaming support team. You will respond to player queries across ticketing, chat, email, and social channels, triage issues, and follow documented steps to resolve problems.

You will work with a variety of games and communities, ensuring clear, friendly, and accurate responses, while protecting data privacy and complying with guidelines. Training will be provided for the games, tools, and workflows you support.

Formación

• Experience in customer or player support is helpful, but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and online collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to player queries through ticketing, chat, email, and social support channels.
• Triage issues, investigate problems, and follow documented steps.
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate responses aligned with guidelines.
• Become familiar with supported games to understand issues better.
• Escalate complex or high-impact issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet service level, productivity, quality, and player experience targets.
• Assist with reporting by tracking information through approved platforms.
• Support managers and teammates with role-appropriate tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, and information security.
