Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and maintain cost-effective testing methods for electronic hardware and software. You will lead test activities, calibrate instruments, and analyze data to drive quality improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with test hardware, control systems, and automation using Python, LabVIEW, or Perl, with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electronics test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, Perl, or similar for test automation and data acquisition.
• Experience developing test plans, test procedures, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, data acquisition systems, and instrument drivers.
• Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA), failure analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates testing activities and design of testing hardware or software.
• Develops/executes test programs using Python, LabVIEW, Perl.
• Creates and maintains test documentation and reports.
• Interfaces with engineers to resolve testing problems and data interpretation.
• Supports NPI and production test development and implementations.
