Flex is seeking a Test Engineer to support our teams that build great products. You will implement and maintain cost-effective testing methods, troubleshoot systems, software, and equipment on Flex North, reporting to the Test Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include directing test activities, developing test plans, interpreting data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve yield. Strong programming and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electronics test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing, environmental testing, diagnostic testing, and test system integration.
• Experience developing test plans, test procedures, and process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
• Interprets test data and prepares technical reports for engineering and management.
• Develops test programs using languages like Python, LabVIEW, Perl, etc.
• Trains technicians on test hardware and software and supports test operations.
• Coordinates external suppliers for test development and fixtures.
