You will lead technical delivery, design robust APIs, modernize architecture toward domain-driven design, mentor juniors, and ensure high engineering standards while collaborating with Fortune 500 and top product companies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• A strong grasp of OOAD, design patterns, and architecture awareness.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-first mindset with solid engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as Squad Lead, ensuring high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend integration.
• Transition towards domain-driven architecture and bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and patterns.
• Mentor juniors and promote agile practices within the team.
• Push back on non-optimal approaches to protect architectural integrity.
