Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend, for an enterprise platform.

You will design and implement robust backend, integrate Angular frontend, move toward domain-driven architecture, and architect RESTful APIs. This role offers flextime with remote and office options in Mexico, focusing on high-transactional platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, of at least 4 years.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns.
• Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services with standard API protocols.
• Robust transactional database experience (Oracle, Postgres) and SQL skills; experience with JPA/Hibernate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot (70–80%).
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend to connect with backend logic.
• Modernize architecture toward domain-driven design (DDD).
• Architect RESTful APIs prioritizing proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality features.
