nVent is seeking a Learning & Development technology specialist to design and maintain scalable training across manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations, HR, EHS, Quality and site leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions and act as the Workday Learning expert.

You'll manage frontline learning programs, align training with onboarding, compliance, safety and readiness, and build dashboards to reveal completion, certifications, skills progress and gaps, while exploring

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience supporting learning technologies or LMS systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain a scalable learning framework across manufacturing locations.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and site leaders to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Serve as the Workday Learning expert for deployments and improvements.
• Manage frontline learning programs, training records, and onboarding requirements.
• Develop dashboards to track training completion, certifications, and readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI-enabled learning tech.
