Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Front Office/Risk Consultant to join the Client Delivery Front Office team in LATAM, based in Mexico City. The role translates clients’ capital markets requirements into Calypso solutions, configures and tests systems, and guides projects from blueprint to go-live.

You will collaborate with global clients and cross‑functional teams, train users on the system, and help identify gaps for product enhancements. Strong Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets domains including FX, FI/MM, IRD, and derivatives.
• Ability to translate client requirements into configurations.
• Strong written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and map client capital markets requirements to CSRM functions and processes.
• Design, configure, and test Calypso-based solutions to meet business needs.
• Support deployment and validation through go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with Product teams to test enhancements.
• Train end-users on system usage, configurations, and new functionality.
