Job summary

Nasdaq seeks a Senior Functional Analyst, Calypso - Back Office, to strengthen post-trade and back-office capabilities for derivatives. You will help clients operate accurately, confidently, and in compliance across markets and time zones.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex issues, and mentor new members while supporting regulatory reporting and margin calculations. Hybrid role in Mexico City with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting.
• Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post-trade/back-office systems.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to clients on Calypso Back Office product issues via ticketing system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with functional guidance or by partnering with internal teams.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues related to Exchange-Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain SME across asset classes and stay current with market trends.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to special projects.
