Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst, Calypso - Back Office to join our Client Support Services team in Mexico City. You will shape how we support derivatives post-trade back-office capabilities and ensure clients operate with accuracy and compliance.

You’ll troubleshoot Calypso Back Office issues, collaborate across time zones, mentor peers, and stay current with market trends to enhance our product and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC or Exchange), and Initial/Variation Margin calculation for futures and options.
• Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post-trade/back-office systems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate complex information clearly.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess issues and work with technical teams when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to clients on Calypso Back Office product issues through the ticketing system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with functional guidance or by partnering with internal teams.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to resolve Exchange-Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting issues.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise across asset classes and stay updated on market trends.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to projects to improve product and client experience.
