Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst, Calypso – Back Office to join our team in Mexico City. You will report to the Director Client Support Services and shape how we support back-office capabilities for derivatives, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client confidence.

You will work across teams to analyze complex issues, mentor new colleagues, and contribute to projects that improve the product and client experience. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Calypso Back Office systems.
• Knowledge of Exchange-Tracked Derivatives and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert Calypso Back Office support to clients via ticketing system.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues with product defects.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve derivative and regulatory reporting issues.
• Maintain SME knowledge across asset classes and market trends.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to product improvements.
