Job summary

Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking customer service representatives for written support in Mexico City (Nuevo Polanco). You will assist players via chats, emails and tickets, helping with lost accounts and game details.

Requirements include strong English and French written and verbal communication, the ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and actively listen to instructions. Higher school diploma is preferred but not required. On-site role in CDMX.

Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
• Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.

• Our office is located in Nuevo Polanco
• $18,000.00 gross (before taxes)
