Keywords Studios Mexico is hiring customer service representatives for written support (NO CALLS). You will engage with players through chats, emails and tickets to resolve issues like lost accounts and questions about details while delivering excellent service.

Requirements include strong written and verbal English and Spanish, the ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment, and full-time availability. Location: Remote with Mexico City area flexibility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
• Full-time availability
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico.

• Salary: $10,500 gross (before taxes)
