Uber Freight is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing & Account Manager based in Mexico City to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and prompt payment on customer accounts. You will maintain up-to-date records, manage accessorial requests, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.

You will compile weekly account summaries for supervisors, escalate unresponsive customers, and own assigned accounts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) and standard Microsoft tools.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Solid background in customer service with professional communication.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and proactively solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing & Account Management: Master account requirements, billing cycles, charges, and accessorial policies.
• Maintain updated account records and handle billing inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Provide weekly account summaries to supervisors and escalate non-responsive customers or carriers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve account issues and support onboarding.
• Demonstrate ownership over assigned accounts and complete special projects as assigned.
