OEC Group is seeking a Client Support Representative in Mexico, Jalisco. The role involves maintaining customer profiles, guiding clients in logistics solutions, and managing inquiries to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in international business or equivalent, along with experience in administrative roles. Benefits after a 90-day probation include medical insurance, vacation days, performance bonuses, and monthly food vouchers. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Formación

• One year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations for freight and logistics.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Manage daily communications related to assigned accounts.
