Qualifications

• Five+ years in creative strategy, art direction, or leadership roles with emphasis on performance marketing and paid social creatives.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into actionable creative decisions and scalable concepts.
• Experience building or managing a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong judgment for final creative approvals and feedback on concepts, scripts, copy, and drafts.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance skills, plus visual design.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-brand creative teams and prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable creative recommendations and testing hypotheses.
• Develop creative angles, hooks, formats, and audience-specific messaging for three brands.
• Evaluate metrics like scroll-stop rate, CTR, and conversion rate to inform creative decisions.
• Provide final creative approvals and actionable feedback to reduce revisions.
• Own content pipeline and establish a prioritized creative roadmap across brands.
