PayJoy is seeking a Fraud Operations Representative to monitor and analyze transactions for potential fraud, investigate cases, and implement prevention strategies. The role requires collaboration with teams across countries to mitigate fraud risks and protect customers and assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of fraud prevention experience, strong analytical skills, and proficient English communication, along with basic SQL knowledge and a business/finance education.

Formación

• At least 1 year of fraud prevention experience.
• Advanced English written and spoken communication.
• Basic SQL knowledge to read/write simple queries.
• Background in Business, Finance or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze transactions for potential fraud.
• Investigate and document fraud cases promptly.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-country Product, Sales and Support teams.
• Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed fraud trend reports on request.
• Train team members on prevention and detection.
