PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support LATAM operations: reviewing alerts, monitoring, testing, and documentation that keep the program effective and defensible.

This role sits at the intersection of anti-money laundering, consumer protection, ethics, and the broader compliance framework, and it is where a compliance professional builds the foundations of a strong regional career. You will execute the day-to-day compliance operation independently on routine tasks, and take on

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 2 years of experience in compliance within financial services or fintech.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to execute routine compliance tasks independently and handle complex tasks with supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and disposition transaction monitoring and screening alerts with auditable trails.
• Investigate cases and escalate complex matters to the Compliance Officer.
• Prepare regulatory reports and respond to regulator requests with accurate information.
• Support monitoring, testing, and the ongoing operation of the compliance program.
• Draft SOPs and maintain supporting documentation and dashboards.

Conocimientos

English fluency

Spanish fluency

Portuguese a plus

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
