PayJoy in Mexico City is seeking a Fraud Prevention Representative to analyze identity documents in real time and collaborate with teams across multiple countries to stop fraud while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires good communication, basic English, and experience in customer support within the financial sector. You will work with dashboards and tools to detect patterns and respond quickly, contributing to a secure payments platform.

Responsabilidades

• Real time evaluation of identity documents from suspicious sales flagged by automated tools.
• Prevent identity theft and other fraud vectors and report them accurately.
• Contribute to Finance Order originations by approving good sales and blocking bad ones.
• Report issues or bugs from dashboards or tools with a sense of urgency.
• Manage and resolve customer disputes related to banking transactions with empathy.
